Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using MEDVET VPN, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are 13 or older
• You can legally enter into this agreement
• You will use the Service in line with all laws that apply to you

3. Description of Service

MEDVET VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that helps protect your privacy and security. It encrypts your internet connection and sends it through our remote servers and related service infrastructure, so your connection is more secure.

Our no-logs commitment covers VPN traffic and browsing activity, as described in the Privacy Policy. We still process some account, subscription, connection and support data to run the Service.

Premium users may also use optional Protection features while the VPN is connected. Malware Protection is meant to help stop known harmful sites from loading, such as malware, phishing, scam and other unsafe sites. Family Mode is meant to help stop adult content from loading, as well as harmful or unsafe sites.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to take part in activities such as:

• Violating intellectual property rights
• Hacking, spreading malware or exploiting security holes
• Sending spam, fake traffic or DDoS attacks
• Illegally downloading or sharing copyrighted content
• Using the Service against the terms of any other service or platform
• Harassing or harming others

Your account may be suspended or closed for misuse or illegal activity.

5. Accounts and Subscriptions

5.1 Account Creation

The app creates an anonymous account linked to your device when you first open it. You can also choose to sign in with Google. You agree to give accurate information where needed and to keep it up to date. You can delete your account in the app under Settings > About > Delete Account.

5.2 Subscription and Billing

Paid plans in the app are sold through Google Play Billing. In some regions, the app may also offer other ways to pay, such as a web payment page or Telegram.

By buying a plan, you allow Google Play or the payment provider you choose to charge your payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them
• You can manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or from Manage Subscription in the app
• We do not store full payment details
• We may keep subscription check details needed for access checks and matching payments

Google Play payments are subject to Google Play’s rules.

Deleting your MEDVET account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

5.3 Account Deletion

If you delete your account, we will end access right away and remove or anonymize account data that is no longer needed to run the Service.

Some limited billing or legal records may be kept, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policy. MEDVET does not process Google Play payments directly and cannot override Google Play’s decisions.

6. No-Logs Commitment

We keep a no-logs policy for VPN traffic and browsing activity. We do not record:

• Browsing history
• Traffic content
• DNS queries
• The sites or web addresses you visit
• IP addresses used inside the VPN

To run the Service, we keep only the limited connection records described in the Privacy Policy, such as connect and disconnect times and the server used. They never show what you do online. We cannot provide information we do not collect.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service stable and reliable, but we do not guarantee:

• Nonstop or error-free operation
• Any specific connection speed
• Access to any particular website or online service

We may pause the Service for a short time for maintenance or upgrades.

Optional Protection features may not catch every harmful, unsuitable or unwanted site, and some sites may be stopped by mistake.

8. Support Features

If you use the in-app support features, you can send chat messages, bug report text and an optional attachment.

These materials may be stored and used to look into problems and answer you. Some support replies may be written with help from an AI service provider, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as:

• Google Play Billing, Google Sign-In, Google Block Store and the Google Play in-app rating prompt
• RevenueCat, to keep Premium access in sync
• Telegram, to pass in-app support messages to our authorized support team, and for payments if you choose to pay through Telegram
• An AI service provider that helps answer support chat messages
• Payment providers, if you choose to pay outside Google Play
• Cloudflare, to help deliver the Service and for the optional Speed Test and Protection features
• Hosting and infrastructure providers

These services help us provide billing, sign-in, support and optional tools such as the speed test.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify or decompile the app
• Try to access parts of the Service you are not allowed to use
• Share your account or subscription
• Use the Service to harm servers, networks or other users
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service

Misuse may lead to immediate termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, branding and content in the MEDVET VPN app belong to us or to their rightful owners.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

12. Termination

We may end or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, including for:

• Breaking these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activity
• Abuse of the network
• Not paying subscription fees

If your access is ended, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the app.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Non-infringement
• Availability or performance guarantees

You use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MEDVET VPN is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruption
• Security problems caused by your own actions
• Damage caused by misuse of the Service
• Third-party content or actions

Our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to protect MEDVET VPN and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or costs that come from:

• Misuse of the Service
• Breaking these Terms
• Breaking laws or the rights of others

16. Changes to Terms

We may update or change these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect once they are posted in the app or on our website.

If you keep using the Service, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
