The fastest way to reach us is the chat inside the app: open Help → Support Chat. We see your account there and answer in the same chat.

Delete your account

In the app open Settings → About → Delete Account. What is deleted and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions bought in Google Play are managed in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MEDVET VPN.

The app does not connect

Pick another location in the server list, switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, and close and reopen the app. If it still does not work, write to us in Support Chat.
